    Airport to Habarana

Situated in close proximity to the ancient cities of Anuradhapura, the first kingdom, and Polonnaruwa, the second kingdom, visitors to Habarana can easily embark on enlightening journeys through these archaeological wonders. Moreover, Habarana acts as a central hub, strategically located closer to significant landmarks such as Sigiriya, Polonnaruwa, and Anuradhapura.   • Day 2
    Polonnaruwa city tour, Sigiriya Rock

    Another must see location included in the package is Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Sigiriya Rock, also known as the ‘Lion Rock’, is an ancient rock fortress and palace built by King Kassapa during the 5th century.

    You are welcome to explore the grounds of the ancient palace complex and see some of the most beautiful and celebrated monuments that Sri Lanka has to offer. Climb the steps to the top of the Rock Fortress and enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding landscapes.

    Dambulla Cave Temple, Kandy Temple of Tooth Relic

    Dambulla Cave Temple located close proximity to Sigiriya is another important UNESCO World Heritage site in Sri Lankan which is a Buddhist temple with ancient cave paintings.

    You will visit the Temple of Tooth Relic in Kandy which is one of the most sacred places of Buddhists. This temple is located in the royal palace complex of the former Kingdom of Kandy, believed to house the relic of the tooth of the Buddha.

  • Day 5
    Royal Botanical Garden Peradeniya to Nuwaraeliya

    The Royal Botanic Gardens at Peradeniya was established in 1821, six years after the final occupation of the Kandyan Kingdom by the English. This garden occupies a loop of the Mahaweli river the longest river of the country. There are over 4000 species of plants including woody trees, Palms, Ferns, Orchids and shrubs currently present within the gardens. The garden is identified as one of the most photographic locations in kandy.

  • Day 6
    Nuwaraeliya city tour, Train Ride to Ella

    Nuwara Eliya is blessed with breathtaking views of valleys, mountains, meadows and greenery which calm you from within. It’s hard not to feel as if you have been transported back in time to Colonial British Ceylon.

    During the upcountry train ride, you will see the green covered mountains and world famous Nine Arch Bridge which is one of the prominent architectural designs in Sri Lanka.

    Tuk tuk safari to Lipton Seat and Nine Arch Bridge

    Lipton’s Seat is a high observation point in the hills of Bandarawela. It is located near Thomas Lipton’s first tea plantation, the Dambatenne Tea Factory. You may reach the site by a tuk tuk. The area is surrounded by peaceful green tea plantations and an occasional tea pluckers.

  • Day 8
    Ella Rock and Little Adman’s Peak

    While you spend your time in Ella city; you will be guided to Little Adam’s Peak and Ella Rock the most famous hiking spots in the city.

  • Day 9
    Drive to Mirissa

    At Mirissa, which is located in southern coast of Sri Lanka, you will be able to relax under the tropical sun while tasting a cool king coconut

    Galle Fort & End Tour

    Galle Dutch Fort is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites which is located in downsouth coats of the island. The fort initially built by the Portuguese in the 16th century during their conquests, the fort was later fortified and conquered by the Dutch in the 17th century, until it later fell to the might of the British. The old town of Galle was once used as a trading port for spices and other goods for over 200 years. However, today, the fort has been transformed into one of the most photogenic locations in the country.
